- As part of the Casino Heist update players can embark on a collectible side quest to unlock new members for their heist crew.
- Among the additional crew members is an expert hacker named Avi Schwartzman. Avi's expertise means he gets a 10% share from the heist's final earnings. Employing a hacker like Avi grants players more time inside the vault, leading to a larger loot and increased payout.
- To add Avi to your roster, players must locate and destroy 50 signal jammers scattered across Los Santos. The signal jammers emit a distinct static noise, alerting players to their proximity. Once all jammers are neutralized, Avi becomes available for selection as a hacker on the heist prep board located in the arcade's basement.

Rewards
After you've destroyed all the signal jammers Lester will send you a message related to Avi. You will also get $50,000 and a notification stating that Avi Schwartzman has been unlocked to be used as a casino heist crew member.
When you enter your arcade shop, you will get a notification on the bottom left corner of your screen, right above the mini-map, stating that Avi Schwartzman has been unlocked.
After that, once you go into your arcade basement and access the prep board, you will be able to see Avi Schwartzman as one of the hackers that you are able to select for your casino heist.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need to have the Arcade in order to find the 50 Signal Jammers?
No, you don't need an Arcade to find all the Signal Jammers. However, after you unlock Avi, you can only choose him as a hacker for the Casino Heist. Therefore, you need an Arcade to choose him as a hacker for the heists. But unlocking him by destroying the Signal Jammers doesn't require you to have the arcade.
