Interactive Game Database GTABase Expanding

With a game as huge and filled to the brim with content as Grand Theft Auto 5 and Online, it would be impossible for any of us to keep every stat, every piece of data, every tidbit of info in mind. Whenever we're stuck, we look for guides, wikis, Reddit posts to help us out - but there is a new way to get access to GTA related info.

Sources for information are almost as numerous as the scraps of knowledge themselves, and sometimes looking for reliable data may be just as daunting as figuring things out for yourself. Somehow, no one source has every stat about a particular vehicle or property and you need to piece together the details to get the full picture.

Sometimes, you have one place to go to for vehicle data, another for weapons and a third for the various businesses in GTA Online.

But what if all of this information was collected into one comprehensive database? That is what  seeks to achieve. Initially conceived as an all-encompassing vehicle database for the game, GTABase now contains weapon, property and additional miscellaneous databases with plans to expand further into additional fields.

The vehicle database, which was what gave birth to GTABase in the first place, is the single most complete catalogue of GTA 5 and Online vehicles available online, putting wikis to shame. Beyond containing every vehicle, the site features full stat cards for each and allows you to search and sort based on just about any parameter.

Vehicle type, price range, when it was introduced, which manufacturer it comes from, which in-game store it is available from, which update it was added in, statistics, performance and whether it can be sold are all parameters you can search by.

If you need to find any vehicle in GTA 5, this is the way to go. Considering how many search options there are, this is the perfect resource in case you only remember a specific yet not too descriptive characteristic of a vehicle.

These filters can be combined as well to further narrow your search. If you have a specific idea of what kind of vehicle you want but don't want to sift through all the stats and parameters of GTA Online's insane amount of vehicles, pop in the info and all vehicles that fit your concept will be presented.

And like we said, it isn't just vehicles - every weapon in the game has been listed as well, with similar search parameters available.

Cost, damage, weapon type, availability, release and more can be set, and even sport overall ratings on how good a weapon it is. At first glance, there may not seem to be much difference between the various weapons in the game, but even small stat differences can mean the difference between life and death.

Joining vehicles and weapons are properties. As GTA Online has grown with a steady stream of free DLC, the available property list also ballooned with it. Properties do not just include apartments and garages, but stilt houses, offices, hangars, bunkers, facilities, warehouses and more.

Whether you are searching for your next home or a new location to run an illicit business from, this database has all the stats you need to make a decision. You can search by price, vehicle capacity, role, location and more to hone in on the perfect piece of real-estate. Customization and upgrade options are listed as well.

Picking the right properties in GTA Online is key, with cost and location both playing an important role in your efficiency, however we shouldn't neglect the properties of the story mode - GTABase certainly hasn't. Beyond the fully decked out Online database, all single-player properties are also listed.

We don't yet know what other kinds of databases GTABase seeks to expand its arsenal with in the future, but we know that more are coming. We're eager to see how GTABase grows in the future and what kinds of additional databases they will be adding to the site, but it's certain that this site will become a staple of the community.
